The staff here was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

The continental breakfast has a good selection, I can recommend it. The location of the venue is marvelous and stunning, not far from the regional tournament, the soccer fields, and restaurants. One of the tourist spots - White Mountain Mall - is just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, liked that.

The rooms are large and newly furnished with good-sized TVs and a variety of channels. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is beautiful, with easy access to a restaurant, the regional tournament, and Rock Springs, WY. The hotel is conveniently situated just 1 mile from White Mountain Mall. Whenever I am in Rock Springs, this is my go-to place.

I really enjoyed my stay here - it was peaceful and just what I needed. The rooms are spacious and come with everything you need like AC, lots of TV channels, and a mini-fridge. The staff here is super nice and made me feel right at home. 😊

I recently stayed at a hotel in Rock Springs and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were nice and clean, and I even had a beautiful view of the construction trucks around the grounds. Plus, it was convenient for attending the regional soccer tournament.

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, we were early but she expedited the cleaning of a room, She also recommended a very, very good restaurant and gave us perfect directions to get there for dinner.

The bed in our room at the Holiday Inn was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite the small mishaps we encountered, the room layout was well-designed and the bathroom was nicely remodeled. The hotel's convenient location off the freeway made it easy to access, and we appreciated the effort put into the remodeling. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Didn't seem to matter what shift it was - the front desk staff was not very friendly at all. Several times I walked by and they couldn't even look up and bother to say hi or even smile. Must be a management/training issue.

I had a great stay with a comfortable bed, central heating, TV, and a microwave oven, in a beautiful location close to the regional tournament.

the pillows didn't have much filling in them even though they were big but that's just our opinion. To have breakfast We would have to go to the restaurant that's a joined to the hotel which We didn't try. But did try dinner in the Restaurant that was real good.
